Vicon Credit Application
If you are an approved Vicon Authorized Reseller or purchasing agent, please complete the credit application form below to establish a credit status with Vicon.
*Note - this form is only for domestic US companies and no foreign based companies can request or be approved for credit at this time.
Required Documents:
- Completed Credit Application Form (including 3 trade and 1 bank reference)
- Resale or Tax Exemption Certificate
- Financial Statements, Balance Sheets and Income Statements for the last two fiscal years (for requests of $25,000 or above)
- Credit Card Authorization (if requesting cash-in-advance payment terms via credit card)
Please note, additional documentation may be required if financial background is insufficient to substantiate the credit request (i.e. project information sheets, project bonding details, etc.).
