Vicon’s updated Partner Program is straightforward and effective, and is built around three partner tiers:

PLATINUM PARTNERS

This is an invitation-only designation for partners who have achieved the highest level of eligibility. This group promotes the Vicon brand and portfolio with excellence and consistency. The value they offer to their customers meets the highest standards of service excellence, technical competency, and solutions selling.

GOLD PARTNERS

Partners that reach Gold status have consistently met sales targets and expectations. They have achieved technical certification on the Vicon portfolio, are committed to customer care excellence, and provide value-added services to our mutual end user customers.

SILVER PARTNERS

Silver Partners have access to sell the complete Vicon portfolio of products and services to their customers. This group also has access to world-class Vicon Distribution Partners to ensure product availability and operational excellence.
